What is contractual (mutual) fund?

A mutual fund is a pool of money, collected from investors, and invested according to certain investment objectives.

Mutual funds may invest in various types of financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, government securities, short-term money market instruments, derivatives and others, depending on investment strategy and policies.

What are the fund units?

Fund units are dematerialized financial instruments that give the holder the right to claim a proportionate part of the fund assets and the right of unit’s redemption.

What is the net asset value (NAV) of a contractual (mutual) fund?

Net Asset Value (NAV) represents the value of all fund’s assets minus the value of all liabilities of the fund.

Is there a risk for an investment in a contractual (mutual) fund?

Investments in mutual fund are not guaranteed by any guarantee fund, established by the State or any other warranty. Future performance of the mutual fund is not necessarily related to any past results from previous periods.

The investment product FFBH Vostok is suitable for individuals and entities which:

Where are the mutual funds, offered by FFBH Asset Management, traded?

Units of our mutual funds are not listed for trading on any stock exchange. Shares can be bought or sold only in any branch of Fibank, entered in the register of the Financial Supervision Commission, and in the office of the FFBH Asset Management.

Is it necessary to have a depository receipt issued for my investment?

Request for issuance of depository receipt shall be filed only with FFBH Asset Management. Issuance of depository receipt is charged, based on the current rate of FFBH Asset Management. 

 

Units of our mutual funds are not listed for trading on any stock exchange and one cannot transfer or sell, units owned, based on your depository receipt solely. Please, read the terms of sales and redemptions.

What is the maximum period for the redemption of our mutual funds’ units?
  • Redemption of units can be ordered in person during the working hours of the Fibank’s branches, entered in the register of the Financial Supervision Commission, and FFBH Asset Management office.
  • Redemption orders are executed the next day, but not later than 5 working days from date of order.
  • The redemption amount is transferred to the client by the management company within 3 working days from the date of its execution.

What is the risk for my investment in "Combined Deposit Portfolio"?

Investments made in the deposit part of this product are guaranteed by the Guarantee Fund of Bank Deposits under existing legislation.
 
Investments in mutual fund are not guaranteed by any guarantee fund, established by the State or any other warranty. Future performance of the mutual fund is not necessarily related to any past results from previous periods.

What is the taxation of investments in collective investment schemes in Bulgaria?

Income from investment in units/shares in UCITS funds (realized capital gains) are tax-exempt for local and foreign individuals and entities.

How can I calculate my return?

You can calculate the return on your investment by using the return calculator, found on every fund's home page.

Do the collective investment schemes, organized and managed by AMC FFBH Asset Management, distribute dividends?

Under the prospectuses of the mutual funds, managed by FFBH Asset Management, the annual profit is reinvested and is not distributed to the unitholders.

 

NIC Nadezhda AD distributes dividends according to decisions taken at its general meetings of shareholders.
